Ease Your Mind Overcoming Anxiety and Stress Meditation half day course with Kelsang Drolma
It is very difficult to avoid stress in the modern world. Many people suffer from feelings of anxiety or are simply overwhelmed by the stress and demands of everyday life. We need a technique that works to slow ourselves down, to be present, to clear away the clutter in our mind, and to start to enjoy our own mind. On this day course we will explore how to use meditation and positive thinking to create mental freedom and a calm and spacious mind free from stress and anxiety
Everybody is welcome – no need for any previous experience of meditation.
10.00-11.00am session 1 teaching and meditation
11.00-11.30am tea break
11.30-12.30pm session 2 teaching and meditation
This meditation course will be guided by ordained Buddhist Nun Kelsang Drolma. She is much loved for her warm and clear teachings. Her practical advice and sense of humour make it easy to take Buddha’s teachings to heart and put them into practice in our daily lives.
